The overall experience was fine. My teammates and immediate leadership were helpful, but it feels like things are moving backwards. Competitors have been able to catch up over the last few years, both from a capabilities and pricing perspective, and there is little evidence that this has been addressed. The company seems to have a hard time getting out of its own way. The future feels murky.

Everbridge has its pros and cons as things are changing every 1-2 years (i.e. exec team, product bundles, sales methodology, partner ROEs, etc). It is vital to remain adaptable and to keep your head down to get results.
