This company used to be amazing. The last two years have been consistent uncertainty followed by more uncertainty. Everyone I speak to there has fully soured on what was once considered the highlight of their career.

The company will be sold in a year or two to Lyft. The new CEO, former Finance VP at Lyft, just cleaned house of all relevant leadership. The company has since laid off 2 major waves of the staff to pump the numbers for investors. Brown bag your lunch, work somewhere else.

Current leadership has gutted the existing culture, which was worth the lower base pay. There are still team members that are incredible human beings, but the org is in total turnover right now.
