Lots of leadership changes over the past couple years. The company lacks direction and focus. Most of the talent that created the growth post covid has moved on, either by choice or by layoff. If they figure it out, it is a good market fit, but the leadership is questionable at best. The company doesn't seem to value sales, from the decisions it is making.

The company will be sold in a year or two to Lyft. The new CEO, former Finance VP at Lyft, just cleaned house of all relevant leadership. The company has since laid off 2 major waves of the staff to pump the numbers for investors. Brown bag your lunch, work somewhere else.

Great until new leadership stepped in. They destroyed the sales culture and gave all of teh budget to marketing.
