Former Employee Title: Discriminatory Leadership & Mass Exodus—Proceed with Caution
EZRA selectively enforces Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) based on identity, disproportionately targeting diverse employees. A person of color was terminated for being below 80% to goal for two quarters, while a white colleague under 60% for the same period remains untouched. Lawsuit, EOCC, and DOL complaints pending.
Success at EZRA is entirely dependent on account assignment, not skill. Leadership “floods the floor” with SDRs, driving sky-high turnover—seven (soon 8*) SDRs and over a dozen account executives have left in under 8 months. AEs are leaving in droves due to poor leadership and the limited sales potential of the product.
This blatant discrimination and leadership incompetence are setting EZRA up for a class-action lawsuit. Retention rates are in the single digits because management prioritizes control over success.
