Product led company with mediocre sales leadership. In the midst of transforming from a commoditized point solution to and end to end supply chain technology company. Many obstacles in the way. Leadership is forward thinking in a product sense but when it comes to execution, unequipped.

CEO does care about the employees, but most of the company views the sales org as unimportant. Open hostility from implementation and finance towards the sales team. All failed projects are blamed on sales.
