My overall experience was lack luster. The role is fine and the work life balance is fantastic. Outside of the BDR team, senior leadership is in shambles, finance and budgeting is terrible. Good product fit, not as hot as it once was though. However, absolutely 0 growth for SDR position. "raises" are usually 1-2% if any. Only way to make money is book more meetings. 1 SDR in last 3 years has become an AE. Most SDRs laid off, now use 3rd party SDRs as well. Imagine whole SDR team will leave soon.
