My overall experience was lack luster. The role is fine and the work life balance is fantastic. Outside of the BDR team, senior leadership is in shambles, finance and budgeting is terrible. This has caused many mistakes in pay, long wait times to receive proper compensation, and forever changing comp structures (for the worst). As well as high turnover company-wide, not just limited to sales, and zero internal growth opportunities from this role unless there for 3+ years.

New sales leadership again here, and it has become much worse. They are not fit for the roles, and have no understanding of how to sell in logistics.
