The culture is and always has been great. There are now tiers to the BDR role that could potentially earn you more money and extremely easy to climb up those tiers. They are continuing to grow, change and take in suggestions. The training has always been pretty mid but if you are even half way decent at sales or learning something new, you'll do pretty well here. There is a lot more discovery done in these meeting set calls than any other BDR/SDR role I have seen but I am a fan of it.

My overall experience has been okay. They are pretty lenient when it comes to work life balance and that has been great. Compensation was decent to me at one point but the opportunity to earn more has continued to diminish.l All the incentives have become team based only and most team members do not work towards the goal. The environment feels very high school-ish....Read More

Very positive no complaints. Management has a solid vision and takes care of its employees. The product is top notch and an industry leader which has proven to be a catalyst in the heavy duty repair shop industry.
