Fullbay is a great company and a great fit to the industry- it's a product that has a lot of demand and solves a lot of problems for the clients. Working here is great, my only complaint is the metrics for incentives/total OTE, as well as upward growth opportunity.

The culture is and always has been great. There are now tiers to the BDR role that could potentially earn you more money and extremely easy to climb up those tiers. They are continuing to grow, change and take in suggestions. The training has always been pretty mid but if you are even half way decent at sales or learning something new, you'll do pretty well here....Read More
