Current Employee Great company overall, with great people and a great culture. Professional development and career opportunities could definitely be improved. It’s quite challenging to move from a BDR role to an AE role here, so as a result most BDRs end up leaving after a few years unless they move to another role that’s not sales. Company is aware of this and is trying to improve this.
