Former Employee My experience was that I was doing three different roles at the same time: a BDR, AE and AMO. Not enough time in the day to do all functions of those roles but if you are one call short of your required 100+ dials a day, you'll get chewed out.
Product market fit is a question mark still as residential real estate agents aren't concerned with digital marketing at the moment, which is all you're selling. Tough to provide value when it's a non-issue for many agents.
Low energy office (maybe this will change when the new one opens) but there's almost no natural light, music is playing all the time and oh - CoStar made employees come into the office when Richmond had a water emergency for a week when many employees had no access to water or a shower. Keep that in mind.
They'll fly you out and put you in a nice hotel for your interview, offer competitive salaries and they'll pay you to move in the form of after-tax lump sums. But in reality, it's not a great environment for growth outside of those stupid ads on TV. Richmond isn't a great place to live either. Browse Other Reviews
