Fun perks and benefits but constant cycle to to bring in new business. Doesn’t seem sustainability and will be harder to sell radio in 5 years

New leadership is beginning to micro-manage every rep with call trackers, putting call blocks on calendar, and unhelpful 1 on 1 sessions that don't help move business. Compensation is well below average.
