Overall internal company projections are unreasonable and nobody hits quota anymore. No one adjusts this and instead applies more pressure to sales and acts as if the sky is falling at the end of every month

They promised the world to recruit me over and then changed sr level management twice and none of it came true.

My overall experience was terrible. I came from a competitor that actually had a product. iSolved is outdated and can’t compete in majors or enterprise. I would stay far away unless you’re from paychex. Since 85% of the company came from there.
