Decent product in high growth with terrible senior leadership and VC support and direction. Constant change to roles, targets, compensation, process, etc. Would rather have extreme turnover and yearly layoffs than address glaringly obvious problems. The product is pretty bad compared to the competition. Service used to be great but they’ve offshored that to Columbia and it’s very bad now. Leadership is a revolving door so there is basically no direction.
