The product is pretty bad compared to the competition. Service used to be great but they’ve offshored that to Columbia and it’s very bad now. Leadership is a revolving door so there is basically no direction.

Just started, but seems good so far! Company is in growth mode and will have more to add later. Product market fit is strong and company has differentiator, while recruiting good talent.

My overall experience was terrible. I came from a competitor that actually had a product. iSolved is outdated and can’t compete in majors or enterprise. I would stay far away unless you’re from paychex. Since 85% of the company came from there.
