I’ve enjoyed my time at isolved as a BDR, making outbound calls. From day one, I felt welcome with great leaders, training, and tools to succeed. I’ve booked SMB to enterprise meetings and generated high five- to multi six-figure opportunities, though onboarding took time to master. The culture’s amazing—laidback, competitive, and supportive. Management’s empathetic yet pushes productivity, and the flexibility (FTO, WFH) rocks. Growth’s clear with programs within the Org. More paths would be nice, but I’ve got enough to thrive. Advice? Join—you’ll get all you need in a winning vibe.

My overall experience was terrible. I came from a competitor that actually had a product. iSolved is outdated and can’t compete in majors or enterprise. I would stay far away unless you’re from paychex. Since 85% of the company came from there.
