My overall experience was terrible. I came from a competitor that actually had a product. iSolved is outdated and can’t compete in majors or enterprise. I would stay far away unless you’re from paychex. Since 85% of the company came from there.

The sales organization is great at the director level. The VP and CSO are squeezing the teams right now as the company pursues an eventual IPO or equity sale.

My overall experience was great. It got me in the door and I learned how to Cold Call. The experience could have been better if there was micromanaging and if comp was better. Quota was unrealistic and nobody ever hit it.

Just started, but seems good so far! Company is in growth mode and will have more to add later. Product market fit is strong and company has differentiator, while recruiting good talent.
