Constant change to roles, targets, compensation, process, etc. Would rather have extreme turnover and yearly layoffs than address glaringly obvious problems. Former Employee2.9Dec 12, 2023My overall experience was great. It got me in the door and I learned how to Cold Call. The experience could have been better if there was micromanaging and if comp was better. Quota was unrealistic and nobody ever hit it.
