Base compensation is one of the best I have seen in market. - Too many c-level and senior leadership changes in the past 2 years to cleary align on vision. A rudderless ship.

Regarding BDR team: New management Blade is making a huge positive impact in pushing us for quality activities, structure, and production. Shifting from quantity to quality. Assuming he accomplishes his mission, this org will become a decent BDR experience. $45k base and very little commish
