Comp plans are routinely changed and often retroactively. Commissions are withheld until the client pays, which is often twelve months. Commission payments are routinely delayed or incorrect, and if you leave or are terminated, outstanding payments are not paid.

iSpot.tv is exceptionally well regarded in their industry and has a great product/technology. Biggest complaint is the company is small and growth (revenue & professionally) are hard if you are in sales.

iSpot does not value their employees or sales teams. Commissions are delayed, up to a full year and often retroactively changed without warning. iSpot will routinely lay off top performers in order to recoup their commissions.
