iSpot does not value their employees or sales teams. Commissions are delayed, up to a full year and often retroactively changed without warning. iSpot will routinely lay off top performers in order to recoup their commissions. There is no real inbound program and while the software is for enterprise clients, leadership doesn't believe there is any additional market share to gain. Avoid at all costs.

iSpot.tv is exceptionally well regarded in their industry and has a great product/technology. Biggest complaint is the company is small and growth (revenue & professionally) are hard if you are in sales.
