Pretty good. The Company generally had a toxic culture fuelled by leadership including the c suite. Progression into management meant believing in the family (owners) and sacrificing your earnings and time and health for their benefit. They were also very gossipy, and talked about employees in unacceptable ways. My time there was great, I was accepted, got along with everyone, but left after realising there was a glass ceiling.

They did not handle the pandemic well at all and upper management was not diverse at all, so leaves little room for growth for people of color. These would be one of my biggest critiques.
