If you work in Inbound/CSM it is OK. It is all about clicking links and following processes. Field Sales is a horror history. No support from executive team, expect long way before hitting quota.

I’ve worked with a product that serves a very niche market, which means there aren’t as many opportunities for broad engagement. Additionally, I’ve found that the management of metrics could be improved. However, it’s worth noting that Ideals is one of the top-paying companies in the sales field, offering very competitive compensation.
