Enjoyed my time here. Earning potential was low but I needed experience. Product unfit to market made it a lot difficult to sell.

My overall experience was okay. The company is moving from a IT service provider to a product organization and hence most of the processes are new of being setup. Compensation structure is vaguely defined with no market analysis. There is a potential to earn from key accounts but equally challenging in opening newer accounts.
