This is a company where if you can close deals, the deals and payouts can be very sizable for AEs and SEs. Deal cycles are lengthy (9 months average) and observability is also a very competitive and crowded space.

Product isn't ready to compete in such a saturated space. They may have legit 10% quota attainment this year they only have about 12 logos. Most of their revenue is tied to 4 or 5 large contracts which is why they got funding but it's not a good outlook. Still haven't defined their ICP and the CRO doesn't have any clear vision.
