Very cutthroat corporate team in HR, Finance and Sales leadership. Not a good culture. Outside of 2-3 of their Syteline and Lawson based products, Infor is not a leader in most of the solutions they offer. You’ll always be behind competitively on functionality.

In my vertical, sales have not been great. However, in other verticals, the company is doing great. Your territory and what vertical you are in really matter here. The leads I get nothing comes of any of them either. Great team, great management.

Poor sales leadership, decent products but management commodities their own solutions and thinks they will be able to make up for it with volume. The CEO was CFO and is more concerned about cutting cost than invessting for revenue generation.
