Poor sales leadership, decent products but management commodities their own solutions and thinks they will be able to make up for it with volume. The CEO was CFO and is more concerned about cutting cost than invessting for revenue generation.

Good company to work for. No benefits, but really good training is available. Management was mixed, but generally good. If you get a good territory and partners who are capable, there's a good opportunity to overachieve and hit your compensation accelerators.

Up and coming ERP and edge product company. Great sales leadership...all new in the last 18 mos. Verticalized by industry and competing against SAP, Oracle, etc., with great analyst recognition. Good Comp plan.

Great product market fit. Leadership is antiquated and out of touch with what is happening on the street. Teammates are smart people that are never able to use it.
