I worked in the distribution division. It was a total mess. 3 reorgs in 1 year. I was warned not to join Infor from previous employees. And boy were they right. I know there are other divisions that function better and I can’t speak for them, but Infor as whole is constantly influx, constant change, constant revolving door of leadership. I personally would never work there again no matter how large of a pay package they offer.

The company has gone through many phases and distinctly different cultures. Especially in Sales the culture has been very blunt, unnecessarily harsh and not rewarding. I think Infor has a great ERP solution. However, in my vertical everything was falling apart. Lots of clients leaving, very very hard to get in get in front of prospects because of the negative brand image of Infor when they went to the cloud and in some territories because of the parent company.
