I worked in the distribution division. It was a total mess. 3 reorgs in 1 year. I was warned not to join Infor from previous employees. And boy were they right. I know there are other divisions that function better and I can’t speak for them, but Infor as whole is constantly influx, constant change, constant revolving door of leadership. I personally would never work there again no matter how large of a pay package they offer.

The company has gone through many phases and distinctly different cultures. Especially in Sales the culture has been very blunt, unnecessarily harsh and not rewarding. At the time it was my main reason to leave. Since then the Sales leadership team has been revamped completely. The culture should be more constructive today.
