Former Employee I think Infor has a great ERP solution. However, in my vertical everything was falling apart. Lots of clients leaving, very very hard to get in get in front of prospects because of the negative brand image of Infor when they went to the cloud and in some territories because of the parent company. We also have a bad imagine with consulting firms. Brand recognition is really bad. Marketing is not much. BDRs don't really bring anything - have different KPIs, their numbers aren't tied to ours, what they consider qualified is very different from sales. When this happens, upper management thinks sales isn't doing anything at all because BDRs brought in x rep $3MM in sales but in reality none of them were qualified. We don't have great relationships with tech partners or implementation partners. Really difficult to work with them. Internally, there are so many tools we have to use day in and day out it is insane. A lot of the tools overlap and it makes no sense. All of this makes so much extra work for no reason. To top it off, I found out I made $50k less base than my whole team :)
