Solid product suite and very good training. Good benefits. Good life work balance. Constant territory changes. Lots of favoritism. Terminations and promotions didn't align with results. Leadership was often overaggressive for the sake of quarterly quotas and customers knew to expect massive prices drops and extorted it at cost to the salesperson.

More opportunities and career growth opportunities in matured markets like US, Europe. India Leadership is good but do not have view/say in growth of employees who are not in their team. HR team virtually non-existent.
