Former Employee Uncertainty reigns supreme. A recent change in all C suite execs has heralded a change in direction from M&A to organic however, the sales culture is to cannibalise the base and disguise it as nett new, there is little to no focus on NRR.
There is a real sense of unease across the sales teams largely managed by an aggressive upper management team fearful for their jobs. I truly hope it improves and finds it's strategy as the business is not joined but a series of products operating independently of a wider strategy.
