Upon start found out the team that was fully ramped and hitting numbers had left. All wihtin 30 days. All new people and underperformers. What would be my boss had also resigned. Recruiter also resigned as well as marketing. Dumpster fire in a hurricane. They lied to get me onboard@

The new sales leadership does not understand Enterprise sales. There is an intense amount of micro-management. The culture is toxic.
