Great product. Horrible Leadership from CEO on down through the mid-level sales managers. Worst offenders are often Territory Managers who have 5+ years there. Highly suspect. Run. Or, take the 1-year guarantee and start looking for your next role. Short-term incentives with geography divided too small. No future past iterations of the existing Inspire device (1 to N, no 0 to 1 here).

Overall, the most gratifying job I’ve had in my career. The product works and you get to play a pivotal role in a patient’s journey from suffering to thriving.
