Overall, the most gratifying job I’ve had in my career. The product works and you get to play a pivotal role in a patient’s journey from suffering to thriving. Burnout is real but the PTO is more than generous. Pay is competitive and the company invests in those that seek it. Inspire is experiencing rapid growth and can be slow to pivot, however, measured decisions should pan out in the long run.

About 4 years ago was the prime of this company from a culture and compensation standpoint. Both have gone significantly downhill with quota achievement tanking due to unattainable goals, and awful upper management hires. Less and less TMs seem to be hitting quota recently. It's not uncommon for less than 50% of reps in a zone (East, West, Central, etc) to hit quota.
