About 4 years ago was the prime of this company from a culture and compensation standpoint. Both have gone significantly downhill with quota achievement tanking due to unattainable goals, and awful upper management hires. The device is unique, has plenty of supportive data, and changes people’s lives. The direction on the company has changed since going public, and not for the better

Less and less TMs seem to be hitting quota recently. It's not uncommon for less than 50% of reps in a zone (East, West, Central, etc) to hit quota.
