Some OK benefits (insurance, RSU), but continue to take away and decrease the biggest appeals. Mandated RTO, multiple layoffs/PIPs, lowest end base salary, decreased commission rates, slow (if any) adoption of feedback from employees. Many unknowns for the future.

Overall my experience at Jamf has been good. The product market fit is good, but we might be overbuilt for smaller market customers.

Had a great experience but compensation was not competitive. Great culture and management.
