Former Employee3.9Jun 21, 2024Had a great experience but compensation was not competitive. Great culture and management.
Current Employee3.3Aug 14, 2024My Overall experience with jamf is that it is a great place for those looking for a healthy work life balance. The product(s) are great, however, Jamf has failed time and time again for compensating the sales org. to line up with market value. Minimal YoY promotions, and not much room for growth. At least the last 4 years.

Current Employee3.1Apr 10, 2024The overall experience and culture at Jamf has drastically dropped this past year. Historically benefits were so great it outweighed the fact that compensation was low. But with the company removing so many pervious benefits it's hard to overlook the incredibly low base compensation.
