Former Employee Great people and peers- made some real lasting friendships with my colleagues.
Unfortunately, the business is really struggling. C-suite is not trusted and was part of a mass layoff about 6 months after my hire date despite my individual and team attainment.
They are really doing a lot to try to "turn things around" but it's alienating the core values they espouse and caused a lot of good people to leave for other opportunities.
Jamf isn't the only game in town anymore- you can't lean on your legacy product and expect double-digit growth every year while also cutting corners everywhere else. Tough learning experience.
