Solid company that has had a lot of change and struggled with that in a few ways over the last 5 years. Reps are treated as a commodity that can be thrown away at any time, doesn’t matter performance levels. They try to mean well but fall short. They treat people very well overall.

Current employee here. Culture has dramatically shifted for the worse since Deans departure as CEO. The compensation has always been low when compared to similar companies, the trade-off being that they promised never to do mass layoffs. Jamf just completed their first mass layoff, leaving the company with little left to make it competitive for employees.
