RTO without a pay increase or additional incentive is just a loss in benefits with no tangible return. It's still very possible to achieve here, and the people and sales managers are wonderful. Overall it's comfortable, but the future is unclear.

Current Employee3.9Jul 30, 2023Very nice culture, but base pay makes it hard to stay if that’s important to you. Leadership is fairly good but can sometimes be confusing on what’s important but ultimately set a lot of meetings and secure oops and your 1:1s are relatively short.
