Recent layoffs and very questionable decisions by current leadership have shaken our culture. The leaders at the top have routinely faced next to zero consequences and they are leaning into AI which is suspiciously looking to replace more workers. Sad to see because this has been a great company for me personally.

Very nice culture, but base pay makes it hard to stay if that’s important to you. Leadership is fairly good but can sometimes be confusing on what’s important but ultimately set a lot of meetings and secure oops and your 1:1s are relatively short.
