Compensation is well under the median and the company has implemented new rules of engagement that makes it difficult for reps to earn money and do daily functions of the job. Early on things were better, but as time has gone on, our compensation plans have been restructured to the point where at far above your attainment, you are making far less than a rep hitting quota or even just their base.
