Leadership changes and IPO led to culture destruction. There was also a shift towards Automating sdrs and SE’s with aE tools to replace sellers managers and execs down market.

My overall experience has been good thus far. The compensation, however, has been below market average throughout COVID and now. Leadership is well aware since everyone has expressed their concerns but seems to not phase them, instead, the company is on a budget to acquire other companies.

Under our new CEO things have drastically changed for the worse. Jamf use to have a great culture and it felt like we were doing something with a purpose. The product is good but the product roadmap is drastically behind what our customers want and what they're asking for.
