Jamf has been a great company to work for. Though it has been tough to break into the security side of things which is essentially what I get compensated being that I work with existing customers and most companies are not increasing headcount.

Run don’t walk away. Leadership is very weak, and has no direction. Sales team is being forced back into office. They recently clawed back a quarterly spiff program after with two weeks left in quarter, meanly a significant compensation reduction. Under our new CEO things have drastically changed for the worse. Jamf use to have a great culture and it felt like we were doing something with a purpose. The product is good but the product roadmap is drastically behind what our customers want and what they're asking for.

Over nearly 5 years here I've loved aspects. Early on things were better, but as time has gone on, our compensation plans have been restructured to the point where at far above your attainment, you are making far less than a rep hitting quota or even just their base.
