Jamf has been a great company to work for. Though it has been tough to break into the security side of things which is essentially what I get compensated being that I work with existing customers and most companies are not increasing headcount.

It was a great way to get experience in sales. Development past entry level was not very great and not many options for those who did not wish to move into management.

Culture comes above everything at Jamf. They try to justify an abysmal pay structure by providing a top-tier environment, which is nice for a brief stay but does not bode well for longevity within the company. Jamf is a great place to start. Great product. Once you understand tech industry, you will soon understand how little Jamf values compensating their employees.
