Run don’t walk away. Leadership is very weak, and has no direction. Sales team is being forced back into office. They recently clawed back a quarterly spiff program after with two weeks left in quarter, meanly a significant compensation reduction. It was poorly communicated, and frankly many reps feel like this behavior is Jamf trying to reduce headcount while avoiding more layoffs. They simply don’t care about their reps anymore.

My experience is pretty average here at Jamf. You'll get some easy wins with past Jamf users, but overall very few reps (if any at all) are "crushing" their goals. Our only hope is that the security suite Jamf has acquired over the last few years can help position Jamf more favorably going into 2024.
