Jamf is a great place to start. Great product. Once you understand tech industry, you will soon understand how little Jamf values compensating their employees. Leadership always points to "whole employee experience" but the reality is, benefits continue to get worse and culture is okay. The most annoying this is, Jamf claims they look into pay, claim they pay "in the middle" yet don't show any of their work.

It used to be an awesome place to work. The people are great. However, it's a sinking ship that offers limited upward movement. They've acquired too many products, they spread their tech resources too thin, and set unrealistic quotas for sales teams.
