Retail banker here they micro us like crazy if your branch is in a weak location you're screwed the comp isn't great for relationship bankers but increase for private client bankers they want you to flip investment products on clients who've never invested with chase before advisors are there to do financial planning in theory but bank just needs them to push products bank is obsessed with data even if it's illogical and they want you to use their leads instead of creating your own

My overall experience is good. I would like to see more from management with regards to expectations. They set a high bar and expect you to service 50% of the time which eats away at working on your pipeline.
