Current Employee The amount of accounts they hand you when you start is well into the thousands. I have 5,000+.
The higher up leadership has been pretty horrible since the beginning of the year (2025).
Comp statements and quotas have become unattainable for many veterans and new hires, and we are facing a 20% reduction of our commission each month, if we do no hit 80% of our GP quota in each month.
It hard to learn and grow as a sales person, when it feels like we’re constantly being tracked and underachieving.
