The divestiture has been extremely challenging. Overall lack of organization, vision and go to market strategy. Radio silence after massive layoffs. The folks that remain are trying to remain positive, however the ambiguity and lack of a unified vision and communication have made it a confusing place to be.

Since the spin off the organization is still acting like a fortune 50 company even through we are effectively a startup. We have good people and relationships with clients, partners and vendors, however we need a clear short and long term game plan that is communicated to sales and our clients and need to start taking advantage of our smaller size and act nimble
