Current Employee Offering is a new concept/vertical for +85% of customers. No budget exists. Enterprise SaaS with low TCV. Lost of pain for little gain. Battle with customer to prove value and battle internally to make modifications to close deals (e.g. modify terms, accelerate product road map features).
If you like an incredibly challenging sale with little to no recognition, then you should work here.
